President Muhammadu Buhari at the last minute cancelled his scheduled visit to Lagos State, what would have been the first by any civilian leader since Olusegun Obasanjo visited in 2002.
But while Buhari stayed away and sent his deputy, Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo, he was caught on camera holding court in Abuja, with Governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun.
President Buhari even had a rare moment to let down his guard, by breaking out in a big laughter with Amosun.
