Davido signing for Sony

For much of the hype over #Davido’s signing an album deal with Sony Music Global, the musical power house gave it a blackout on its website and social media platforms.

There was no tweet on it by Sony Music Global or Sony Music Africa, in the last five days. No mention is also made of it either on the website Sony Music. or the facebook page of Sony Music Africa https://www.facebook.com/SonyMusicAfrica.

Davido announced the agreement signed in New York on his Instagram account and Twitter on Thursday.

From then on, the Nigerian artiste has been inundated with messages of congratulations by fans. And OMG, he is not short of fans. He has 1.63million followers on Twitter alone.
