Seriake Dickson: leads in four out of five LGAs declared so far

The Independent National Electoral Commission has so far released the full results of five out of the eight local councils of Bayelsa State.

Incumbent governor, Seriake Dickson of the PDP leads his APC opponent in four out of the five councils declared so far.
