ISIS has released a new video which shows young soldiers the Islamists call ‘Caliphate cubs”, carrying out public executions of Syrian soldiers, captured as prisoners of war.
The executions were carried out at a Roman amphitheatre at the historic city of Palmyra, one of the UNESCO world heritage sites in the Syrian desert.
In a report by Mail Online, the captured soldiers were lined up on their knees on the stage and then shot by the child soldiers, in the full glare of a baying crowd of spectators. The ISIS child soldiers are aged between 12 and 13 years.
