Popular South African plus size model, Maneo Magoleng, will headline a beauty pageant and award ceremony being put together by Tutu Omoighe and her friends in Levels Foundation in Lagos, Nigeria on 2 December.
Levels Foundation is a restricted online group with a membership of over 4,500 dedicated to promoting love, boldness and among the plus size ladies. The group has brought joy and into the lives of its plus-size members across Nigeria and other parts of the world.
“Some of our plus size ladies always seem to see themselves as ‘third party’ where slim ladies stands. But to me, as a plus size person, I see myself as queen and not third party lady, I believe I am bold and beautiful, can take care of myself and my home better than the so-called the slim ones. So in Levelswe’re queens and kings, “says Omoighe.
She added that the plus size beauty pageant and award is being organized as a platform to build confidence plus size ladies out there.
Apart from Magoleng and Omoighe, other models that will take to the runway during the pageant in December include Timeless Omalicha, Nigeria, BigTee Combs and some other beautiful plus size queens.
