Pakistani Taliban claims Bacha Khan University attack

Pakistani Taliban has claimed responsibility for a university attack in the country’s northwest that claimed scores of lives.

The attack took place early Wednesday on the campus of Bacha Khan University in Charsadda town in the northwestern province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

Umer Mansour, Taliban spokesman told journalists that the attack was revenge for the death of militants at the hands of Pakistani security forces.
