Six ships dock in Lagos with aviation fuel, gas and petrol

Ten ships have arrived at the Lagos ports with various products, the Nigerian Ports Authority(NPA) said on Monday in Lagos.

According to NPA’s daily ‘Shipping Position,’ four of the ships arrived with rice, while six others brought in bulk gas, petrol and aviation fuel.

The NPA also said that it was expecting 15 other ships at the Lagos ports.

It stated that the ships were expected to sail into the ports from May 18 to May 29.

Food products, including rice, bulk salt and bulk wheat are expected in five ships, while general cargo will be brought in two ships, the NPA said.

It stated that the containers would be brought in five ships, while two ships would bring in base oil.

According to the NPA, the remaining one ship will arrive at the port with vehicles.
