Myles and Ruth Munroe: die in plane crash

The CNN has reported the crash of a jet on Sunday near Freeport, a city on the island of Grand Bahama, killing all nine people on board.

Among the dead are Dr. Myles Munroe, 60, and his wife, Ruth. The couple’s daughter also died in the crash.

The flight originated from Nassau, the capital, according to a statement from the Federal Aviation Administration, which said it will investigate.

The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.

Inspector Terecita Pinder, of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, confirmed that all those on board died. Police have not released their identities.

But according to former UN Ambassador Andrew Young, Myles and Ruth Munroe were among the victims.

Myles Munroe is the senior pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship, the group’s website says. His wife, Ruth, serves as co-pastor. Munroe was born on 20 April, 1954.

He was the president and founder of the Bahamas Faith Ministries International and Myles Munroe International, a Christian growth and resource centre that includes leadership training. He had published several inspirational books.

“Ambassador Young expresses his deep sadness over the tragic death of his friends Dr. Myles and Mrs. Ruth Munroe. He offers condolences to the Munroe family and the families of the other souls who lost their lives as a result of this shocking plane crash,” the Andrew Young Foundation said in a statement.

Young is a scheduled speaker at a conference starting in Freeport on Monday

I am deeply saddened by the passing of this great man of God. I will
greatly miss him.He has done his fair contribution to humanity and God’s
kingdom. it is not when you die or how you die but in whom you die and
the life you lived. May he rest in the arms of his loving savior-Jesus
    Christ

The Church, The Body of Christ, is in mourning!!!!! So many of Jesus’s disciples have faced tragic deaths as the world, in our limited vision and understanding, would see it. But God will always receive Glory. The steps of a righteous man are ordered by God. Is God taking His people to be with Him and to also teach us valuable lessons? Is He reminding us that He IS Coming SOON?!!!!!! , That we must be ready cause it happens in the twinkling of an eye?
Bro. Myles, mighty man of valour, he came, he saw, he conquered!! As he Always said whenever he died he wanted to die empty. I’m sure he accomplished all that God set out for him to do! His work is over, God has called him home for his great reward! As humans the pain is great, even indescribable, it remains unbelievable, I even thought maybe God wants us to rise up in Signs, wonders and miracles and he will be raised from the dead!! If this does not happen We Will Understand It Better Bye and Bye. He went with a literal Bang for the whole world to see!
Let’s seek God and never lose faith that He is Mighty, Awesome, powerful and in Full control. May the Hand of God, The Heart of God, and The presence of God be with their dear family and the precious flock at BHMI where they were so well fed by this great shepherd and his wife.
