The newly appointed Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Kano State Housing Corporation (KSHC), Engr. Ishaku Umar Kwa, has pledged to galvanise his wealth of experience in the housing sector towards ensuring mass housing projects for all in Kano.
He also promised to work in synergy with the Managing Director, Alhaji Abdullahi Rabi’u, in articulating Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s dream of ensuring shelter for all, particularly the less privileged people in Kano.
Kwa stated this during a light ceremony held at the Corporation’s headquarters at Kwankwasiyya city, to welcome him.
Kwa restated its commitment to work closely with the Management team to drive the corporation’s mission and objectives.
He, therefore, expressed delight at the warm reception accorded to him and pledged to use his wealth of experience in moving the Corporation forward.
The Managing Director, Alhaji Rabi’u, in his remarks, expressed happiness at having a Deputy to work together for the smooth operation of the Housing Corporation.
The Managing Director enjoined Engr. Kwa to remain steadfast and prepare to work tirelessly in order to achieve the vision and mission of the Corporation mandate, and explore more ways to improve the Corporation’s operations and contribute to the overall development of Kano State.
Speaking on behalf of the Directors of the Corporation, the Director, Physical Planning, Alhaji Musbahu Gana, reiterated the Management’s readiness to continue to cooperate with the leadership of the Housing Corporation for accelerated development.
