President Bola Tinubu

Abubakar Hashim

The painful ongoing reforms by the Bola Tinubu government in Nigeria are now snowballing into irreversible, progressive path, leading to rapid economic growth and competitiveness of the Nigerian economy, unprecedented 50 years ago.

There are 10 result-oriented policies in the media now yielding results, to buttress my postulations:

1. Fuel prices are currently dropping, now 800 Naira, due to competition between NNPC and Dangote

2. No fewer than 400,000 Students from poor homes are now accessing student loans

3. Minimum wage is now N70,000

4. Food prices are now dropping

5. Inflation is also down from 30.80% to 24.48% just in February 2025

6. Power generation is all time high at 6,000 MW , the highest in Nigeria’s history

7. Deaths from terrorism and insecurity is currently at at its lowest level

8. GDP up by 3.8% in 2024

9. Trade surplus up by 209.6% to N28.86trn in 2024 from N6.09trn in 2023

10. Nigerians now earn more and are safer than in 2023

The country is, evidently, on a re-birth!
