: A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos south west Nigeria this afternoon restrained the All Progressive Congress (APC) from holding its National Executive Council (NEC ) meeting scheduled for tomorrow 17 March, 2020. The presiding Judge, Mohammed Liman, gave the order after listening to the submission of the counsel to the plaintiffs
