Madam Florence Ebunlomo Babatunde (nee Adisa), church and community leader, has passed on. She died at the age of 85 on 7th August 2017.
A statement issued in Lagos by Mr Layi Babatunde, SAN, Editor-in-chief of Supreme Court Judgments, on behalf of the Babatunde family of Ijagbo in Oyun local government area of Kwara State, said the deceased is survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Babatunde who is one of the children of the deceased explained that funeral rites for their late matriarch would commence with a service of songs at the First Baptist Church (The Sanctuary of Good News), Ijagbo on Friday 13 October 2017.
This will be be followed at 10 am on Saturday with a funeral service and thanksgiving at the same venue.
Internment will hold thereafter at the Church cemetery, to be followed by reception and entertainment of guests.
