Adeleke down with radiculopathy, killed by pain killer overdose

Senator Isiaka Adeleke who had before his death been suffering from radiculopathy for 30 years was treated by a doctor who administered an overdose of pain killers on him.

This, according to a source close to the late politician, blocked Adeleke;s heart.

“He used to fly out to Atlanta every year for treatment. Whenever it gripped him, he would not go out for two weeks after which he would fly out,” the source revealed, adding that he was hypertensive and diabetic, said.

The family source revealed further said that he and his friends slept by 2 am on Sunday. Around 7 am, he started complaining of leg pains after which the “doctor” was invited. He gave him intravenous medication that went awry, killing the politician.
