INEC announces dates for Kogi, Imo, Rivers, Kano re-run elections

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has re- scheduled conduct of  outstanding re-run elections in four states across the country.

A statement by the commission on Friday says the dates were arrived at following a National Stakeholders’ Forum on the conclusion of the suspended re-run elections.

INEC said the re-run elections in Kogi and Imo States will hold on 23rd July 2016.

Rivers and Kano States re-run elections will hold on 30th July 2016.
