Oyo Assembly unveils commissioner nominees, OYSIEC members

The names of Governor Abiola Ajimobi’s 14 commissioner nominees and eight nominees to the State Independent Electoral Commission, OYSIEC were unveiled yesterday by the Oyo State House of Assembly.

Honorable Michael Adeyemo, Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly disclosed at a plenary session on Wednesday that the lists titled, “Nomination of Commissioners into the state Executive Council”, was received on May 26, 2016.
As contained in the document which he read out to members of the Assembly, the commissioner nominees are: Abimbola Kolade, Fatai Salawu, Abimbola Adekanbi, Atinuke Barr. Oyewole Oyewumi, Oshinkoya, Taibat Adaba, Barr Abayomi Oke, Wasiu Dauda, Ajiboye Omodewu, Isaac Ishola, Abdul-Ganiyu Mudashiru, Oluwaseun Abimbola, Prof Niyi Olowofela, Dr Azeez Adeduntan and, Toye Aruloun.
For OYSIEC, the nominees are: Adewole Ajeigbe (Chairman), Rasheed Oyekanmi, Sunday Aborisade, David Adeagbo, Bello Lateef, Abdulrazaq Akuru, Omolola Odekunbi, and Adedeji Raimi.
