In Pictures: El-Rufai launches KASTELEA squad, equipment

Governor Nasir El-Rufai will always want to do things in a different way, like he did Tuesday in Kaduna at the launch of the Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement Agency, KASTELEA.

It was a Nasir show, arriving the venue with his deputy, Architect Bala Bantex  decked in the uniform of the agency, and on the wheels himself. Even his chief of staff, Hadiza Bala Usman was not so comfortable  in the uniform.  But she was all smiles with the girls.

Only the Speaker, Aminu Shagali came in Kaftan, well demonstrating the doctrine of power separation.
