The Rivers State Police Command has declared ex-militant leader,Solomon Ndigbara , a native of Yeghe community of Gokana Local Government, Rivers State wanted.
According to a press statement by the Command, signed by the Ahmad Muhammad,the Public Relations Officer , Ndigbara ” is wanted for the alleged arson he planned and executed on 22/02/2016 on a property worth millions of naira in Bori, Khana Local Government.
“He is dark in complexion, about 5.9 inches tall and in his early fifties of age. His last known address is Yeghe community of Gokana Local Government, Rivers State.
The Police Command advised “Any person or group of persons with useful and actionable information as to the whereabouts of the wanted person should report to the nearest police station or call the following Police distress lines08032003514, 08028915460, 08028915462 and 08160723892”.
The 2 Brigade, Nigerian Army,Port Harcourt, had in February this year also declared Ndigbara wanted for alleged gun-running,kidnapping and other offences.
In a press statement signed by Captain Eli Lazarus, the Assistant Army Public Relations Officer, the army explained that the deployment of soldiers to Yeghe in Gokana LGA was in a bid to apprehend the ex-militant to face justice.
