Babatunde Raji Fashola, minister of power, works and housing has been the target of barbs by Nigerians suffering the effects of power failure.
Power generation that reached a peak of over 5,000 megawatts last month has dropped to below 1,600 megawatts, with telling effects in offices and homes.
Electricity supply in Nigeria has never been so awful than now, with many homes plunged into darkness for weeks.
