Chief Inengite Nitabai, a prominent chief in Otuoke, in oil rich Bayelsa state and foster father of former President Goodluck Jonathan has been kidnapped
Nitabai was kidnapped at about 3 a.m in Otuoke in Ogbia local Government area of Bayelsa of today by gunmen.
It was the second time Nitabai was kidnapped. Two years ago he was kidnapped by four gunmen and later released after ransom was paid.
