Defending champions Arsenal will play Hull City as they bid to retain the title.
Manchester United will have to get past Shrewbury to progress while Bournemouth will face Everton.
Tottenham have a date at Crystal Palace in another Premier League club clash while Blackburn will play Liverpool or West Ham.
The matches will be played between February 19 and 22.
