Mitko Dobrev, the former coach of FC IfeanyiUbah will be formally unveiled as the new coach of the team.
Dobrev who had coached the team to earn premier league promotion last year, will be formally unveiled at the team’s training camp in Ibadan, Oyo state.
According to a statement by the club, the Bulgarian gaffer arrived Lagos yesterday and was received by the club’s president, Ifeanyi Ubah and chairman Chukwuma Ubah.

He has completed all formalities and agreed to an undisclosed deal to resume as Head Coach. He successfully led the premier league side to promotion, left the club last year to take up a one year coaching course after reaching an understanding with the club.
” I feel refreshed, motivated and better equipped to match the goals set by the club,” Mitko said.
“This will be a very interesting year and I cannot wait to meet with the players at the camp site”, he added.
“Mitko Dobrev is an experienced coach, especially when it comes to African football and we are extremely delighted to have him back with us and we firmly believe he is the right man to steer this ship to its destination,” Chukwuma Ubah affirmed.
FC IfeanyiUbah are introducing a lot of external flavours to the Nigerian premier league. Three days ago, the club flew in six Brazilian professional footballers for trials, along with two assistant coaches.
