Few hours after Patrick Ziadeke Akpobolokemi, former director general of NIMASA and seven other officials of the agency were docked before a federal high court sitting in Lagos for a N1.5 billion scam by the EFCC, the anti graft agency has finalised plan to arraign another batch of four officials and their two companies before Justice Ibrahim Buba of the federal high court, Lagos.
Spokesman of the agency, Wilson Uwujaren disclosed that the officials :Patrick Ziadeke Akpobolokemi, Captain Ezekiel Bala Agba, Ekene Nwakuche , Governor Amechee and their companies- Blockz and Stonz ltd, Kenzo Logistics ltd and Al-Kenz Logistics ltd are to be docked for offences bordering on conspiracy, fraudulent conversion of funds, abuse of office and money laundering.
They allegedly exploited the establishment of international ship and ports security (ISPS) code to defraud the Nigerian government to the tune of over N2.5billion.
