The best and brightest minds from across Africa will be gathering in Maputo from 24-26 November for the Africa 2.0 Annual Leadership Symposium. This year marks the fifth anniversary for Africa 2.0.
As part of the anniversary, Africa 2.0, Dangote and the Pension Commission of Nigeria (PENCOM) will host an online press conference on Wednesday 25th at 10:30 GMT (Time Converter: http://www.APO.af/TlTH8U). That day, Africa 2.0’s Founder and Chairman, Mamadou Toure; PENCOM DG, Chinelo Anohu-Amazu and Zouera Youssoufou, CEO of the Dangote Foundation will feature.
Journalists interested in participating in this online press conference will be able to ask questions live via the internet.
Africa 2.0 is a pan-African civil society organisation providing a platform for emerging and established African leaders to drive forward the transformation of Africa.
Founded in 2010 around the belief that with a unifying vision and a focused “coalition of the willing”, Africans can accelerate the development of their continent. Its vision and goals are set out in its Manifesto (http://www.APO.af/dmDz9I). This guiding document was written by African thought leaders and experts, and sets out sustainable and thoughtful solutions to Africa’s challenges that will result in lasting change.
