President Muhammadu Buhari has met with directors of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, the construction giant handling the reconstruction of parts of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, where travellers are usually locked down in hours of agonising traffic gridlock. Berger had abandoned the road after government failed to pay for job done. Maybe after this talks, the users of the road will see Berger back in action.
