All the passengers and the driver of a fully loaded Toyota Hiace 18 seater bus  died  in an accident which occurred at Etegi village junction, along Lokoja- Abuja expressway on Saturday afternoon.

According to  a witness, the bus driver who was coming from Lokoja was trying to overtake a trailer at a very high speed, not knowing that another  trailer was coming from the opposite direction.

The bus, carrying mostly  passengers were mostly labourers, eventually collided with the trailer and burst into flames.  All the passengers and the driver  died.

However,  the driver of the trailer  escaped.
