The legislative house elections petition tribunal sitting in Ilorin, Kwara state capital, will on Tuesday deliver its ruling  in a petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  candidate,  Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, against Senator Bukola Saraki.

Abdulrazak is contesting the validity of the result that INEC declared for  Kwara central senatorial district in the March 28 national assembly election, which favoured the APC candidate, Senator Bukola Saraki.

The three-man tribunal is led by Justice Josiah Majebi.

The PDP candidate, claims that he won majority votes and he should be declared winner.

There are in addition, three other cases over which the tribunal will also give judgment.

They are   Lola Ashiru vs Senator  Rafiu Ibrahim (Kwara South Senatorial District); Babatunde Olusola vs  Olufunke Adedoyin and Tajudeen Abioye vs . Tope Olayonu. The last two are  House of Representatives cases.
