Bedbugs and mosquitoes triggered an unrest among  students of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, Akoka, early today.

The students  shut the university’s two exit gates to protest what they described as the invasion of the pests  in their hostels.

According to early reports,  the protest by the  students began as early as 7am and created a traffic jam within and around the university community in Akoka.
