Two bombs were on Sunday discovered at ECWA Church near Federal Secretariat Jos.
The Spokesman of the Special Task Force (STF), Capt. Ikedichi Iweha, who confirmed this to NAN, said one of the bombs was kept in the toilet of the Church, while the other was hidden in the Church compound.
The STF spokesperson explained that the one in the toilet was defused and taken away by security agents,
while the other was controlled before it exploded.
He said “there is no casualty and the place has been cleaned up by our security men.
“Church service is still in session as I speak to you,’’ he said.
NAN reports that all routes around the area had been cordoned off by security personnel.
