El-Rufai visits scene of bomb blast, death toll now 21

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state has visited the scene of the blast in Zaria today.

The death toll from the blast has been revised to 21.

The Governor on his way to the hospital to visit the injured. The number of the injured has not been ascertained yet.
