The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet), has predicted cloudy weather condition in the morning hours over the central states of the country on Monday.
The predictions are contained in the Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office (CFO) on Sunday in Abuja.
It added that there were chances of localised thunderstorms over Abuja, Makurdi, Lafia and Minna during the afternoon and evening hours.
NiMet also predicted that the southern coastal areas would experience cloudy conditions with prospect of thunderstorm during the afternoon and evening hours.
It said inland areas would experience cloudy conditions with prospect of localised thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours.
NiMet further predicted that northern states would experience sunny and dry conditions during the forecast period.
