Just in: 6 dead in Katsina bomb blast

At least six persons have been killed in a bomb blast in Malumfashi town in Katsina on Saturday morning, according to The Nation newspaper.

It was also reported that another five persons rendered unconscious by the bomb blast are being treated at the General Hospital Malumfashi.

However, some reports indicated that those killed in the blast in Yanmama village were minors who accidentally dug out explosives buried at a farmland near the community.
