Justice Ekwo of Federal High Court Abuja ordered the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC to reopen African Independent Television, AIT.
The Judge delivered the ruling in a case filed against the withdrawal of its Broadcasting license on Thursday by the NBC.
The court also ordered parties in the the suit should maintain the status quo as at the 31st of May when the case was filed.
The matter has been adjourned to the 13th of June for hearing
