Turing Simcubator Limited (TSL) has indicated its readiness to fully galvanize the operations of its multi-brand, multiplatform automotive workshop in Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria from Thursday, October 19, 2017, prioritizing after sales service welcoming all luxury vehicles.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TSL, Mr. Raju Sawlani, said he is investing in the project, with his over two decades of experience in the auto sector, successfully endearing sundry brands to the Nigerian market, initiating uncommon marketing promos and establishing some assembly plants.

“TSL focus is to expand its corporate strategy and image in the imported premium market by shifting the importance more towards the Service centers that would be capable of providing the complete package to all luxurious premium automobiles from any brand, which furthermore includes Bentley, Rolls Royce, Bugatti to Toyota brands of cars for our customers. TSL’s main priority is to completely satisfy our customers, which makes it essential for our customers to possess the most accomplished automobile possible, and that is the main objective of TSL.”

“TSL Main Headquarter located at Plot 3, Apapa, Oshodi Expressway, Lagos, Nigeria, has invested huge sums to revitalize and expand its service center so that it is thoroughly capable of assisting the customer in every aspect. This upgrade would provide better services, such as the paint and replacement parts departments would adequately repair an automobile quicker and more efficient than ever before. Moreover, with this improvement, TSL is compatible with customers that purchased other premium automobile brands, would still contain complete access to our new facilities regardless of brand, with a 36 servicing bay.”

According to Sawlani, “TSL will be opening an additional 2 new service centers by the turn of the year. These 2 branches will be located in Port Harcourt and Abuja, the nation’s capital city.”

Sawlani, twice the Managing Director of Stallion Motors, Executive Director of Coscharis Motors and Kewalram Chanrai Group, in a statement posited ”Having sold over 200, 000 vehicles {worth about USD$7. 2billion} in Nigeria over a 21-year period, my customers have voiced their concern to me about after-sales issues. For this reason, I have decided to launch TSL. I handpicked the best technical personnel in Nigeria’s auto industry…our machinery and equipment are from the top manufacturers in the world.”

Investigations by TheNews Magazine revealed that Mr Sawlani as the steersman at Stallion Motors, saw to the setting up of many showrooms, including the beautiful Porsche Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, and initiated breakthrough incentives, like the four-year/100, 000km free service campaign, assured of quick service and provision of genuine lubricants, fluids and replacement parts. This, according to Sawlani, is because the hallmarks of reliable after-sales service are quality of labour, genuineness of parts, lubes and liquids, good ambience and completion of work within a short downtime and at reasonable costs.

Reiterating his determination to put Nigeria’s automotive sector to its rightful place, Sawlani said “TSL is here to bring back customer confidence in the auto market – from sales to after sales, whether used or new vehicles. In addition, the company will provide a safe haven for used car sales. If you wish to purchase a used vehicle in Lagos, but don’t know whether to buy it because of the high mileage, I suggest you book an appointment with us and liaise with the seller to bring the vehicle to our workshop. We will do a complete check on the vehicle in front of the seller and the buyer thereby creating a transparent automotive marketplace. We can provide the buyer with a peace-of-mind warranty.”

And to give vehicle owners a foretaste of what awaits them, TSL is offering 30 percent discount on all service and repairs from the opening day to October 31, even as corporate organizations that register their fleet within the same period, will enjoy incentive by way of price reduction.
