Ignatius Ajuru University students raise alarm over robberies, rape

The authority of Ignatius Ajuru University is yet to react to the alarm raised by students over regular cases of criminal acts including robbery and rape of female students in Rumuolemili host community

The President National Union of Rivers State Students, Rivers State University of Education DOUGLAS DIMKPA who raised the alarm said students living along the Minikpiti Village axis of Rumuolumeni are being attacked daily by hoodlums.

The NURSS President of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education DOUGLAS DIMKPA called for regular patrol of the area by security personnel in order to put an end to the menace.
