Between 3 and 7 August, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, hosted the 12th edition of the All Nigeria Editors’ Conference (ANEC) in Port Harcourt. Theme of this years’s conference is Economic Diversification: Agriculture as Option for a Prosperous Nigeria.

Hmmm…mmm the reason why the country will not move forward. When members of the 4th Estate themselves begin organising Public Relations visitations and conferences on a large-scale as the NGE and NUJ have been doing since the return of democracy, we will continue to have a shifting compass of values.
