PDP loses Delta central senate seat to Labour Party

The Court of Appeal has declared Mr. Ovie Omo-Agege, candidate of the Labour Party, winner of the March 28, 2015 Delta Central Senatorial election.

The verdict upturned the judgment of the Election Tribunal which had upheld the victory of Mr. Ighoyota Amori of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Ovie Omo-Agege wasa former Secretary to the Government of Delta State.
