Roger Federer survived his first round match at the Garry Weber Open Championship on Monday, prevailing after two hour and 11 minutes over top German Philipp Kohlschreiber 7-6(8), 3-6, 7-6(5)in Halle.

But the bigger news was how the Swiss ace managed to stay in a rally, after falling flat on his back in the course of action.

This amazing act will certainly expand the legend of Federer, a brilliant player who had previously shown a mouth-gaping world that he could play a shot in between his legs.
