Buhari thanks Zuma over support for Adesina

President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a letter of appreciation to President Jacob Zuma of South Africa over the support given to Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina, president-designate of the African Development Bank.

The letter was delivered to Zuma in Pretoria by Former Vice president Atiku Abubakar and chieftain of APC, in the company of Adesina.

Adesina, former minister of agriculture in Nigeria, won the keenly contested AfDB presidency with over 60 per cent of the vote.
