Two goals in the final seven minutes saw host nation Senegal secure a pulsating 4-3 win over Congo to qualify for the 2015 African Youth Championship semifinal ahead of Cote D’Ivoire that could only draw 2-2 with already qualified Nigeria.

A draw in both of the final Group A matches would have been enough for Cote D’Ivoire to qualify while Senegal needed an outright win along with the Ivorians failing to beat Nigeria in order to reach the last four.

And with two minutes left in both matches, it was the Ivorians that seemed set to win second place behind Nigeria until Sidy Sarr scored the winner for Senegal three minutes into added time and give the host a place in the last four.
