A female suicide bomber has detonated a bomb at the Federal College of Education Kontagora in Niger State.
According to reports, there was only one death: the suicide bomber herself.
But several students were injured, reported Saharareporters. NAN reported only one injury.
The Police spokesman in the state, ASP Ibrahim Gambari, confirmed the incident but said they were yet to get full details of the incident.
Kotangora is 343kms from Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal capital.
On Monday, 48 students of the Senior Science Secondary School in Potiskum, Yobe state were killed by a suicide bomber, as he mixed up with them, while they gathered for the morning assembly. Last week, over 20 people were also killed in Biu, in the same Yobe state, after a suicide bomber detonated a bomb within a procession by Shia muslims, celebrating the Ashura Festival
