Radda inspects new  party secretariat, insists Katsina remains  APC state

Katsina State Governor,  Dikko Umaru Radda, has urged the newly elected executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to remain loyal, disciplined, and committed to the ideals and principles of the party.
Governor Radda made the call during a visit to the APC state Secretariat in Katsina, where he met with party leaders and executives following the successful conduct of the party’s congresses across the state.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor emphasized the importance of collective efforts in strengthening unity and cohesion within the party.
He noted that unity, fairness, and inclusiveness are essential pillars for sustaining the stability and progress of the party across the state.
“I congratulate all the newly elected party officials at the state, local government, and ward levels. Your emergence is a call to service and responsibility,” Governor Radda said.
He urged the executives to work together in promoting unity within the party and  intensify grassroots’ mobilisation to strengthen the party’s structure across all communities.
Governor Radda assured the party leadership of his administration’s continued support in providing the necessary facilities and improving infrastructure at the party headquarters to enable the party  executive members  to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
The Governor further called on all APC Local Government Chairmen to regularly visit party offices within their respective areas to strengthen coordination, ensure proper engagement with party members, and enhance grassroot participation.
Governor Radda also inspected the ongoing construction of the new APC state Secretariat in Katsina.
Speaking to journalists after the inspection, he expressed satisfaction with the progress and quality of work at the site.
He also acknowledged the contributions of party members and stakeholders who supported the development of the new party headquarters.
“From what we have seen today, we believe that within the next two to three months, we should be able to move into the new site,” he stated.
Speaking earlier, the Chairman of the APC Katsina Local Government Area,  Kofar Bai, expressed appreciation to Governor Radda for visiting the party secretariat and meeting with the newly elected executives.
He said:  “The Governor’s visit shows his commitment to strengthening the party. It also reflects his leadership and dedication to the unity and stability of APC in Katsina State.”
Kofar Bai assured that the newly elected executives would remain disciplined, loyal, and committed in the discharge of their responsibilities.
He also commended the newly elected APC  state chairman for his integrity, experience, and dedication to the party.
In his remarks,  the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, praised him for his unwavering commitment to the party, particularly, during and after the party’s  congresses.
“The Governor played a crucial role in reconciling differences and ensuring that all party leaders were carried along throughout the process. The successful emergence of the new executives reflects his dedication to strengthening internal democracy and maintaining unity within the party,” he stated.
The Governor was accompanied on the visit by commissioners, members of the Katsina State Executive Council, and other top government officials.
