The Lyceum Foundation celebrated schoolchildren of St. Simeon’s Anglican Primary School, Olopa, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, as well as community members of Laderin Train Station, Okemosan, Abeokuta.

In its usual tradition of celebrating with schoolchildren during the Yuletide season, the foundation treated the children to food and drinks, gifts from Santa Claus, and a bouncing castle. The celebration was filled with entertainment, dancing competitions, and other fun activities.

Speaking at the event, the Head Teacher of the school, Mrs. Odunsanwo Omotayo, in her opening remarks, appreciated the efforts of the foundation in putting smiles on the faces of the children.

She, however, appealed to individuals who have the capacity to do the same to help put smiles on the faces of the needy, especially children, noting that such acts help save lives and give hope for the future.
