Liberia will host the 22nd assembly of the Africa Road Fund Maintenance Association ARFMA on 17 to 20 November 2025, at the Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf Ministerial Complex in Monrovia
Organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance and Planning, in closed collaboration with the National Road Fund, this year’s assembly is unique and slightly different.
It will be full of robust opportunities, to step up innovative financing, to face the growing pace of climate change, as it affect sustainable roads infrastructure in Africa.
Under the theme: “ Innovative financing and sustainability in the face of climate change and mobility challenges in Africa”, Liberia will host delegates from 33 African countries.
The 22nd assembly in Liberia, will be laboratory of ideas, where experts will brainstorm the opportunities and challenges in Africa’s Road sector for rapid economic development.
The Liberia meet is crucial in growing need for intra African trade, through road connectivity, as enshrined in the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement AFCTA. It will be a catalyst for viable partnerships.
The ARFMA secretariat, in partnership with NRF, that is working in closed collaboration with the country’s Ministry of Finance, is poised for a successful event, just a month away, on November 17 to 20, 2025.
