A Federal high court sitting in Lagos has fixed the 17th of March,2025, for the trial of a Lagos businessman. Oscar Agbeiboh is alleged to have conspired with one Eze Chinedu Vitus, now at large, to produce 265 grams of Methamphetamine.
According to a three-count charge filed before the court by the NDLEA prosecuting counsel, Mr.Lambert Nor, it was allegedly stated that Oscar Agbeiboh, 27 years old and one Eze Chinedu Vitus, now at large, on the 10th of October 2024. at Ango Beach Estate Amuwo Odofin conspired together to produce 265 of Methamphetamine.
The defendant pleaded not guilty. Thereafter, his counsel, Barrister Uche Okoronkwo, filed an application before the court, urging the court to admit him to bail under conditions that seem appropriate.

That you OSCAR AGBEIDON Male, Adult,27 years old and one Eze Chinedu. Vitus
large on or about tne 10th day of October, 2024 at No. 16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo Odofin Conspired amongst yourselves to produce 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroine, and LSD
punishable under Section 14 (b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Act Cap N 30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004

That you OSCAR AGBEIDOH, Male, Adult, 27 Years old and one EZE CHINEDU VITUS now at large on or about the 10th day of October, 2024 at No.16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos, Lagos State within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court and without lawful authority produced 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroin and ISD and you hereby committed an offence as provided for and punishable under Section 11 (a) of the National Drug Law Enforcemnent Agency Act Cap N 30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
COUNT 3
That you OSCAR AGBEIBOH, Male, Aduit, 27 Years old on or about the 10th day of October,2024 at No. 16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, Lagos State within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court and without lawful authority dealt in 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroin and LSD and you thereby committed an offence as provided for and punishable under Section 11 (c) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N 30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
