Ighodalo wins in Igueben and Uhumwonde LGAs

Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has been declared winner of Igueben local government area in the Saturday’s governorship election in Edo.

He polled a total of 8,470 to defeat his closest rivals, Senator Monday Okpebholo of APC who scored 5,907 and Olumide Akpata of Labour Party’s 494 votes.

Also, he scored 9,339 votes, ahead of Monday Okpebholo of APC who scored 8,776.

Olumide Akpata of LP came distant third with 769 votes.
