Governor Biodun Oyebanji

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has raised a 13-member negotiation committee as the state government commences meetings with organised labour preparatory to the commencement of the minimum wage payment in the state.

This is the sequel to the signing of the minimum wage law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on July 30th, 2024.

The negotiation committee comprises of Government Officials and leadership of the organised labour in the state.

The first meeting of the committee is slated for Wednesday, September 4th, 2024.
