Zik Grammar School Alumni Association Elects Eghagha President, Other Exco Members

The alumni association of one of the oldest schools in Sapele Delta State, Ziks Secondary School, founded in 1943 by late Chief Festus Okotie-Eboh as Ziks College of Commerce, which later became Ziks Academy and Zik Grammar School, has elected its national officers to run the affairs of ZOSA for the next three years.

MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL EXCO OF ZOSA ELECTED ON 7TH APRIL 2024 are:

1. President – Prof Hope Oghenerukevbe Eghagha
2. Vice-President – Capt (Dr.) Tony Onoharigho
3. Secretary – Cdr Austin Ekele
4. Assistant Secretary – Mrs Julie Omayone
5. PRO -Mr.Paul Ogagarue
6. Director of Mobilisation – Dr. (Mrs) Patience Turtoe-Saunders.
7. Financial Secretary – Pst. Augustine Okoro
8. Treasurer – Mrs. Esther Ararhire.
9. Welfare Officer – Mrs Marian Igogori
10. Internal Auditor -Rtn. Victor Okotie.

Also, the following members were appointed as trustees of ZOSA:

In his post-election speech, Prof Eghagha thanked members for the honour of serving as the Association’s first national president.

He called on all old students to join hands to ensure that they gave back to the institution, which gave them a springboard in life. He promised that the EXCO will soon present a line-up of activities to herald the formation of ZOSA, Ziks Old Students Association.
