Withrawal Limits: CBN Shifts Ground, Individuals Can Now Collect N500,000

For those who have been apprehensive about the effect the withdrawal limits proposed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) would have on individuals and businesses, this will come as big relief.

The apex bank has shifted ground by increasing the maximum weekly limit for cash withdrawals across all channels.

That is for individuals and corporate organisations, CBN increased withdrawal limits to N500,000 and N5 million, in that order.
