ESV Dr Oziele Godwin, Gasvine Properties boss, has described the Ibeju Lekki International Airport as a real estate opportunity. There will also be an increase in the demand for real estate products, and the values of landed products will also soar. Development is a major determinant of real estate value appreciation.
He however sounded a note of warning, he said fraudulent persons and quarks will also flood the axis to defraud innocent persons. People must patronize professionals like us.
