Gasvine Properties, Nigeria’s leading indigenous real estate company, is celebrating Ileya with a 25 per cent discount slash. The special promotion is tagged Ileya Yakata Promo. As a Moslem, the company said customers may not buy ram, as the promotion comes with different gift items which include: a ram, and a fifty KG bag of rice among others. The first and second categories qualify a customer for a ram, from the third category, “you qualify for different categories of rice and other gift items.”
The idea for the special promotion is, as the company put it, to make buying property stress free and fun-filled, during the Ileya celebration. The Ileya Yakata promotion has different payment options, but the maximum time to finish the payment of whatever payment plan that appeals to the customer is 20 months, being a year and eight months. “The promo is available on all our estates, spread across Lagos, Ogun, Delta and Imo states. The promotion is our special way of constantly making housing affordable for Nigerians he said.
